DESCRIPTION:Jeff Mat Cutting class #3 is on December 14th from 10 am to 2 pm. There will be a limit of only 3 students per class so register soon. Each student should bring a piece of art work and a frame (at least 2″ larger on each side than the art image)\, a sharp pencil and a working eraser\, and something to take notes on. Also\, bring a brown bag lunch.\nPlease register at least 48 hours before class.  The cost is $40 and includes a sheet of acid free mat board (white) and acid free foam core for backing. \nJeff\, a former teacher and a wonderful photographer\, has photographed every thing from the Panama Canal to penguins\, and thus has had need to cut many mats!

DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to have Craig Peterson’s work in the current Gallery exhibit as a memorial to him. We are sorry to say that Craig passed away this past year. Pictured here is a photo of Craig and a clever self-portrait. Craig had an appreciation for the natural world. “Last Flight”\, his final painting competed in August 2024\, may be seen in this “Rustic Realism” in the Gallery through February 28th. Come for a visit to see Peterson’s 19th Century American “trompe l’oiel” style of paintings. While enjoying his work\, search for the tiny mice he often like to hide in his paintings\, (Hint-there are five). \nGallery Hours: Monday – Saturday 10am-4:30pm \nExhibit is FREE
