“Reflections” is an exhibit of work by Julie Gale.
Julie Gale is a Roanoke native, happily retired from a career in Laboratory Medicine. She’s always loved to draw and paint and had a serious interest in art, studying with many fine artists/teachers at Virginia Western Community College and the Studio School in Roanoke.
Gale loves to use color and has always been inspired by the Impressionists and Post Impressionists. Like her co-exhibitor, Anna Wentworth, Julie enjoys travel and often records her favorite locations in paint uses her paints to explore and record those moments. “Art is a wonderful journey and I’ve met many wonderful people on the way. I am grateful for this opportunity to share my work.”
