This exceptionally fun, 2-day class is designed to spark your imagination. Using paint, pencils, collage paper and stencils, we’ll create small animal portraits on watercolor paper. Be it a pampered pet or an endangered species, we’ll explore ways to create realistic, humorous, sassy or sentimental renditions of our animal friends. Robin will show you how to finish and mount your art on birch panels (Robin will provide) that can be hung without needing a frame. Students should bring their own paint & brushes (watercolor or acrylic and one 14×14” piece of w/c paper which we’ll cut into smaller pieces. Robin will supply other materials to embellish your great animal portraits!
